Although we can not all be "master chef" everyone of us can learn to Rüssli definitely something in the kitchen, if it is half the eggs on toast, or Fillet Mignon!

With a little 'knowledge and experience can prepare delicious and nutritious night after night.
Today the challenge is to get in the kitchen and enjoy the experience!


5 ways to have more fun in the kitchen:


1 Do not worry about the mistakes - and something goes wrong? What! Learning from the mistakes you make and maintain the practice! We all had our ups and downs in the kitchen ... stick with it!

2 Master skills one at a time - the kitchen is fairly new to you, take a step at a time. Not groped three courses, or the more complicated recipes in the book initially.

But experiment. Get cooking magazines, books, watch television programs and on-line classes. There are a lot of information out there, so are a lot!

3, which are more advanced - it is very difficult to prepare a meal without the ingredients in the kitchen, so plan meals ahead of time, and make sure you have everything you need before you start cooking.

4 ,Buy a good book of reference - use when planning the menu to help you get new ideas. If you really try to love / hate / do something different next time, mark your book for you to remember when you go to cook it again.

5, Add a little 'creative - why not try to capture the atmosphere of your favorite restaurant? Adjust the lighting, or light some candles, put your favorite music - the experience of enjoying the cuisine for dinner!
